On Friday, June 30th both Paul and I had the day off. Seeing as this is such a rare occurance, we took advantage of it and had a family outing to Heritage Park. Heritage Park here in Calgary is facility that is modelled after the old Western days. Many of the houses located in the park were actual houses used way back in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It was the first time for all of us and we quite enjoyed ourselves. There is so much to do and I think that we will purchase a family pass for next year.
