I had to do that with all three of my pregnancies so I totally understand how you feel.

First time here, by the way, came from mamad. :)mamashinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08241907694055621400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18205784.post-1168197829340096132007-01-07T12:23:00.000-07:002007-01-07T12:23:00.000-07:00Scary story. Of course I, like you, knew the whole time that really everything would be ok in the end, but there's always that nagging fear I think in those moments where we're waiting for them to find a heartbeat. Glad all was well in the end.bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01471056466254620749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18205784.post-1167964824932894412007-01-04T19:40:00.000-07:002007-01-04T19:40:00.000-07:00Allie,I'm so glad the baby is fine and that you ar...Allie,

I'm so glad the baby is fine and that you are ok. It was all so frightening especially if my husband couldn't come with me.
Glad to hear everything is going great!Lesleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09597217609432736827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18205784.post-1167881675226545922007-01-03T20:34:00.000-07:002007-01-03T20:34:00.000-07:00I'm breathing a sigh of relief for you....JennI'm breathing a sigh of relief for you....

JennJennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09450173133642305438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18205784.post-1167848839542523882007-01-03T11:27:00.000-07:002007-01-03T11:27:00.000-07:00Yeah, you gotta love those long waits in the waiti...Yeah, you gotta love those long waits in the waiting room. And then they move you to the examining room and tell you it will be a few minutes which turns out to be another 20 minutes. I try to be very patient as I know anyone who is in health care is stressed and constantly trying to catch up. And the fact that this will be the last time I will be pregnant so won't be going through this again, I grin and bear it.
As for labour, it's really not that bad and Kaelen has paved the way for your beautiful little girl so I can't imagine you having one of those long, painful labours you see in the videos.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18205784.post-1167841131799381962007-01-03T09:18:00.000-07:002007-01-03T09:18:00.000-07:00Ugh, I HATED the hour long wait at the OBGYN offic...Ugh, I HATED the hour long wait at the OBGYN office! That's one of the reason's I switched to a midwife! Anyway- That is such an emotional roller coaster for a pregnant woman! The labor- I'll be honest with you- is pretty painful but in my experience (I've done it 3 times with no epidurals) is that if you just try to relax and let nature take it's corse. It will be okay, this too will pass and at the end you will have the most precious, beautiful daughter that anyone has ever given birth to! Oh, your experience brings me back to 8 months ago. It was a treasured memory for sure and yours will be too! Boy have I rambled! I'm so glad to have come across your blog Allie, I consider you a good friend even though I haven't ever met you!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
